Le Roule is a traditional table cheese used for baking and spreading. Le Roule with its distinctive green swirl of herbs and garlic was first introduced in the middle of the 1980s by Fromagerie Triballat. There are several exotic combinations of this cheese- salmon and dill, chives and strawberry. It has a melt-in-the-mouth and creamery texture and is made from cow's milk.
