WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We ship to most states, though there are still some states that prohibit retailers from shipping wine or spirits in their state. We operate multiple warehouses in order to comply with state laws. We are working to improve visibility and add restrictions on our website for locations we cannot ship to, but at this time it is our policy to contact customers the next business day after an order is placed to notify them that the order will be canceled and refunded if shipping is not available. We do, however, ship our non-wine items to all 50 states, including non-wine gift baskets, accessories, and glassware.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship to most countries via FedEx. International delivery can take anywhere between 1 and 15 working days. Please note that import fees might apply depending on the country. Yes, we can personalize most bottles. Please email us for specific questions at email@example.com
WHY IS MY ORDER NOT TRACKING?
During busier times, especially around the winter holiday season, labels for shipments are prepared sometimes days in advance of the package being scanned and picked up by FedEx. If you've received a tracking number from FedEx but it doesn't show movement, please check again after 4pm PT the following business day to see if the tracking status has changed. You can also get an update on your order status by simply replying to the order confirmation email you received after placing your order from firstname.lastname@example.org. One of our customer service associates will be able to advise you of any delays that are happening with your order.
