Cold, stainless steel fermentation, preserves the varietal's naturally crisp, citrus characteristics. This wine can be enjoyed as a delightful aperitif or as an accompaniment to all sorts of hard cheeses, walnuts toasted with olive oil, rosemary and sea salt. Also delicious with Dover Sole with a light cream sauce or your favorite sushi.
