An equal mix of Cabernet Sauvignon, Nebbiolo, and Petite Sirah.
Viticulture - Cabernet has shallow soils with a minimum layer of brown clays, calcium carbonate and high presence of iron followed by metamorphic ricks. In Nebbiolo and Petite Sirah red clay and calcium carbonate is present.
Vinification - Honest, without corrections or additions, gravity flow process, aging in French oak barrels for 16 months in a natural underground cellar
Energy - In 100% of our processes we use solar energy.
Aging - French Oak 16 months
Storage Capacity - Fully mature between 5 and 30 years.
Tasting Notes
Sight: ruby red of high intensity with vibrant red lining of great deepness.
On the nose: cassis, fresh cut red fruits, peppers, chocolate, violeta aromas.
In the mouth: great power and elegance. Ripe red fruits, black cherry, chocolate, firm and present velvet tannins.
