Roche Guillon is a single vineyard, one of the highest in elevation in the Fleurie appellation. The vineyards are in steep terrain, west facing and planted in Clay-limestone soil.
This Fleurie is made using whole cluster grapes, with a semi-carbonic maceration, then aged in 1-3 year old foudre. Winery is certified organic, in conversion to biodynamic.
