VINEYARD: 40+ year old vines from the single vineyard Cotes de Besset in Saint-Amour. Steep slope, with soil rich with crushed granite, sand, and big chunks of granite.
VINIFICATION: Whole cluster fermentation, with a semi-carbonic maceration, then aged in 1-3 year old foudre. Certified organic, in conversion to bio.

"Grown on a very steep slope, a holding of half a hectare. Light in colour but quite stylish and elegant with a lifted whole bunch aromatic nature.
