WINEMAKER NOTES
This full-bodied, dry Plavac Mali wine is a blend from our two Dalmatian vineyards. It is a clear ruby red color with purple nuances. The nose is full of rich fruity aromas of plum, followed by aromas of Mediterranean spices like thyme and oregano. The texture is complex, layered with fine aromas of vanilla and dark chocolate, plums, figs, and earth. The finish is long, with notes of berry fruit and black pepper.

"This Croatian Plavac Mali is dark cherry garnet in color. It has aromas of bramble, forest floor, red plum and a whiff of Jalapeño pepper. It is very nicely balanced and soft on entry into the mouth with flavors of cherry vanilla, black raspberry and cassis. The tannins are smooth and the finish is elegant and persistent."
