Pike Creek is a small batch whisky uniquely crafted by the elements of the Canadian climate. Pike Creek's warehouse lacks electricity and heating, thus allowing the dramatic swings in Canadian temperature to have dramatic effects on every barrel - the barrels will warm and cool with the natural environment.
Pike Creek is extraordinarily full and robust in body, with a complex nose of dried fruits and an underlying peppery spice and subtle toffee notes. It's first aged in American oak which imparts vanilla and toffee flavors and then finished off in rum barrels which imparts sweet, dried fruit flavors of raisin, currant and sultana.
