- Nut, soy, gluten, dairy free, plant based chocolate. Welcome to the delicious healthy chocolatey world of Pascha. This is our regular 55% cacao dark chocolate, but with added cocoa nibs. Cocoa nibs are pieces of roasted cocoa bean.
- The chocolate is made Bean to Bar at source, which allows us to use recntly harvested cocoa beans. We can lock in the fresh flavor rather than shipping the beans half way round the world and having them age and deteriorate before getting turned into chocolate.
- The chocolate is very mild tasting while the roasted nibs give a slight crunch and a more bitter cocoa note to blend with the sweeter 55% chocolate. The cocoa in this bar was grown by UTZ certified farmers who implement better farming practices, with respect to people and the planet.
- Our chocolate collection is USDA Organic Certified, UTZ Certified, Non GMO Project Verified, Kosher, Gluten-Free and Vegan.
