The 2025 release is a lively, expressive skin-contact wine crafted from Gewürztraminer and Chardonnay sourced from three distinct California vineyards, each contributing its own character, climate, and perspective.

Hand-harvested from organically farmed vineyards and made using a low-intervention approach, the wine balances vibrant aromatics with layered texture. Skin-contact fermentation creates its amber hue and gentle tannic structure, while thoughtful blending preserves freshness, lift, and balance. Left unfiltered to capture the wine’s natural character and complexity, MianU remains expressive, textural, and true to its origins.
