PETER HEERING ORIGINAL CHERRY LIQUEUR
A dark red, Danish cherry liqueur with an almond flavor made from dark red sour cherries called Stevns, as well as their pits which give the almond flavor. The cherries are crushed, blended with sugar and spices and mixed into alcohol distilled from grapes then aged for 3 years in oak barrels.

- 1/2 oz Peter Heering Cherry Liqueur
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Fill glass with shaved ice. Add cherry, lemon wedge. Serve in a double rocks glass. `
