THE STORY
Our idea was to bring together an extraordinary and emblematic California vineyard with a “centuries in the making” Burgundian perspective; therefore, producing wines born from an historic and iconic California vineyard, cultivated and vinified with a Burgundian heart. We have selected 12 rows from the old Chardonnay vines of Sanford & Benedict to carefully and organically cultivate.
WINEMAKER NOTES
The 2018 Domaine Jean François Chardonnay is a wine of real pedigree. It offers exotic white flowers, chamomile, and grilled citrus aromatics that are heightened by the rich, ample yet beautifully balanced palate.
