Unlike most other Nigori sake, this sake is not too sweet and leaves a lighter finish. Semi-dry sake.

NOTE: This liquor has the sparkling properties by natural fermentaion. There are cases where carbonic gas spouts out when the bottle is opened, or cases where the cap pops out due to pressure when the cap cover is cut to peel off.
Hold down top of cap lightly to peel off the cover, with bottle kept cool (preferably at 5' C or lower) and without shaking it.
