You may want to find a front porch to sit on as you slowly sip this sweet concoction. A perfect complement to your light spring and summer cocktails, this rum is best served with your favorite fruit juices or refreshing mixers like ginger ale, honey syrup or lemon juice. Mix up a Paradise Punch cocktail by combining 12 parts Cruzan Peach Rum, four and one-half parts honey syrup and three parts lemon juice in a pitcher. Stir, then add 12 parts of ginger ale before serving over ice. Based in St. Croix and operated by the Nelthropp family since the early 1800s.
