CORTEAURA FRANCIACORTA BRUT

CORTE AURA: We have put together these two words to create a single name that pays tribute to our land and to that magical breath of life that can make the fruit of our work unique and superior. The story of Corte Aura begins with the desire to create a top quality Franciacorta wine. A product of absolute excellence, meticulously produced and defined in every detail. Truly tasty and simply perfect.

CORTEAURA BRUT - STRONG CHARACTER:
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
Vineyard: The grapes come from vineyards located in different areas of Franciacorta, representative of all the different landscapes that characterize the area.
Density: 5000 vines / ha.
Training system: Guyot and spurred cordon.
Yield per hectare: 65hl / ha.
Harvest: Grapes are harvested by hand during the first ten days of August and transported in small boxes.
Winemaking process: Soft pressing of the grapes, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 C. The base wines are vinified separately according to the vineyard of origin and then carefully assembled to create the cuvee. Aging on the lees for a minimum period of 24 months in cellars at a constant temperature of 12-15 C.
Description: Straw-yellow color and fine, persistent perlage. Sweet aromas of pastry with a slightly fruity and vanilla taste.
Serving temperature: 6 C
Alcohol: 12.5% vol.

Serving Suggestions: great after a meal with dry pastry or cakes made with fruit, ideal for stuffed cakes made with sponge, creams, homemade cakes, sweetened cream and tarte tatin. It also goes well with Christmas cakes like pandoro or panettone. The Franciacorta medium dry is ideal with aperitifs or snacks accompanied by slightly spicy cheese or appetizers.
