This wine has a beautiful color with slight green glimmers. The nose is very frank, oscillating between small exotic fruits, floral notes, and white fruits. On the palate, it has the generosity of sunny vintages, expressed through a gentle sweetness that is tempered by the limestone soils. These soils provide a frank tension, salinity, and a subtle bitterness on the finish. This wine pairs perfectly with hard cheeses, shellfish, fish in sauces or with herbs, or even a rabbit stew.
