Mashed from 100% American Malted Barley, Clermont Steep is a 5-year-old liquid distilled and aged in Clermont, Kentucky – in bespoke barrels that were toasted, then quickly charred to a char level 1.
The result? A flavorful whiskey with a golden honey color, a warm toffee sweetness, and the unique, bready flavor of American barley. Crafted by none other than Freddie Noe, 8th Generation Master Distiller, Fred B. Noe Distillery, this is the first American Single Malt Whiskey from James B. Beam Distilling Co.

COCKTAIL RECIPE
SINGLE MALT SIDECAR
2 oz- Clermont Steep American Single Malt Whiskey
1 oz- Premium Triple Sec
0.5 oz - Fresh Lemon Juice
1 - Lemon Peel
1. Add ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a coupe glass.
3. Garnish with a lemon peel.
