Winery Notes
A blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Semillon picked between 3 and 11 September, this has a very attractive nose of lemon peel, apricot blossom and a faint touch of toffee apple. The palate is nicely balanced with subtle tropical notes on the entry, dried apricot and a touch of white peach that inform the spicy finish. This is a very good white from Pique-Caillou.
