Winemaker Notes:
This classic Moscato d'Asti makes for an excellence aperitif or dessert wine. Lightly sparkling, it is a pretty pale yellow in color, intensely fruity, aromatic and lingering. The sweetness is in balance with the low alcohol and acidity that gives this wine a pleasant freshness. It is vinified exclusively in steel tanks.
While this makes for an exquisite cocktail, it also pairs really well with roasted hazelnuts or fruit tarts.

"Packaged in its distinctive tall bottle, the organic I Vignaioli di Santo Stefano 2021 Moscato d'Asti displays a luminous appearance with foamy but short-lived beading. The wine is fragrant and floral but not excessively so, with jasmine, peach and lemon blossom. Those floral tones are balanced by wild sage and crushed stone. The 2012 vintage has a sweet side, but it also shows some savory contrasting to balance out the effect. The alcohol content is a moderate 5.5%."
