The abundant lemon groves of Southern Italy inspired limoncello. And the fragrant orange groves of Sicily sparked the taste of Caravella Orangecello. Made following the same time-honored tradition as limoncello, Orangecello is created with the peels of Sicilian oranges soaked with sugar and orange juice in pure grain alcohol. The result is a sweet, orange-infused liqueur that is best served ice-cold. Like limoncello, Orangecello is a sweet compliment for Champagne spritzers, martinis and other classic cocktails. The liqueur also is a deliciously versatile addition to foods including desserts, appetizers and seafood, poultry or pork entrees.
