Organic cocoa paste 100% cocoa (Peru), from the Alto Piura region. It is the Blanxart specialty with the highest percentage of cocoa, characterized by its purity.
Made with fine cocoa of the Criollo variety. It stands out for the presence of an intense citrus note, together with vegetal and earthy nuances.
Blanxart creates chocolates exclusively with cocoa from a single origin, to enhance the uniqueness of each of the recipes. Following the Bean to bar process, Blanxart controls the entire process: from the selection of cocoa in small plantations, the traditional roasting over low heat in our facilities, to the packaging of the chocolate bar.
