BILLECART SALMON ROSE NV

With its subtle and gourmet aromas, this cuvée is a reference point amongst rosé champagnes. It will be a pleasant companion to your happiest moments with its sparkling colour, its amazing finesse and its great intensity.

 

WINEMAKER NOTES

The Brut Rosé is a fresh and elegant Rosé Champagne, blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir vinified as red wine. Radiant color with graceful effervescence, a persistent mousse, and fine bubbles rising slowly in the glass. Subtle and fine aromas leading to an expressive red berry flavor with citrus zest. Creamy and smooth on the palate, evolving to strawberries notes and a raspberry finish. Light, balanced and precise. The best pairing for any happy occasion! Pairs greatly with fine charcuterie, sushi, grilled salmon, or a langoustine carpaccio. It will also enhance lightly sweetened red berry desserts with an acidic crunch.

BILLECART SALMON BLANC DE BLANCS NV

This cuvée has been elaborated from the four Grand Cru vineyards of the Côte des Blancs : Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger.

 

TASTING NOTES

This cuvée is a blend of two different years revealing the special quality of the Chardonnay. Its complexity, its great vinosity and the surprisingly fresh finish is particularly appreciated by the most informed wine lovers.

 

The fine mousse of delicate bubbles elegantly accompanies the glints of its golden colour. The creamy sensation of the bubbles combines with buttered brioche and mineral aromas. It has a persistent finish with a fresh and elegant sweetness. A pure intensity of dry fruits aromas, almonds and fresh hazelnuts mixed with those of white flesh fruits. Enjoy not only with caviar or seafood but also with grilled fish.
