The "Hearts Collection - 2002" is a limited-edition rum from the Appleton Estate distillery in Jamaica, selected and bottled by independent bottler Velier. Distilled in 2002 from molasses with a Pot Still, it was aged for 20 years and bottled at cask strength with an ABV of 63%. With only 5700 bottles available, this rum presents a complex and well-balanced experience. The aroma is characterized by vanilla, caramel, oak, bitter orange, and toasted notes, while the flavor profile includes vanilla, oak, roasted, apple, and bitter orange.
