WINEMAKER'S NOTES VINTAGE 2023
"The French love to kiss cheeks and say “Enchanté” when they greet each other. We have named our Estate-Grown, signature white blend of Roussanne and Grenache Blanc after this expression. These two varieties are truly yin and yang. Roussanne is rich and unctuous, while Grenache Blanc is bright and racy. The two complement each other perfectly! We fermented and aged this wine in older French Oak barrels and one singular specially sourced new French Oak barrel, which lends a beautifully smooth texture to this dry white wine. Love Chardonnay or white Burgundy? Then you should love the richness and balanced freshness of this wine. The 2023 vintage is a wonderfully decadent vintage, with a densely viscous mouthfeel that is balanced by lively acidity. The aromas and flavors include grilled pineapple, marzipan, freshly cut hay, stone fruits, melon, and white flowers with a long and complex finish. This vintage is simply not to be missed..."
