This award-winning artisanal mezcal is made in Oaxaca from the espadín and cuishe agaves. It's cooked in a traditional cone-shaped wood oven, which imparts a smoky flavor and texture. Once fermented, the spirit is hand-bottled at its peak.

AROMA: Floral and herbal aromas, combined with a hint of firewood and ash.
