There's usually little to say about a new Pinot Grigio, but this one is pretty great. Unlike most inexpensive Grigios which are often sourced from co-ops, Montefresco is a family company with its own fruit. The Botters of Veneto have been making and selling wine for decades, and Montefresco is a unique custom-made bottling for the New York area.
Flavor Profile: Medium-bodied, dry. Melon, apple, and touches of stone fruit on a finish of good acidity, balance, and structure. Pair with white meat, fish, and pasta with cream sauces.
