Apex Dead Sea is a limited edition and exclusive whisky from the APEX series.
It is the first and only single malt whisky in the world that has aged in the Dead Sea, the lowest place in the world. This whisky is just as strong and intense as the hot and dry climate that characterizes the Dead Sea, in the area where it has aged.
The whisky won gold medals in several prestigious competitions in the whisky industry: Double Gold at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition
and Grand Gold in the Frankfurt International Trophy 2022 competition
Apex reflects the peak of the creativity and innovative spirit of the distillery. The series includes different expresions of single casks or limited editions of single malt whisky specially selected by the head distiller of the Milk & Honey Distillery (M&H).
Each expression of the distillery is a single malt produced according to the strictest Scottish standards, taking advantage of the climate zones and unique characteristics of Israel.

AROMASweet with French vanilla and mocha, notes of cigar box and a refreshing hint of spearmint, pleasant oak-iness in the background.
TASTEA gentle beginning with black tea leaves followed by a powerful wave of warm spices such as cinnamon and coriander seeds, dark cocoa powder and a pinch of crushed white pepper.
FINISHLong and satisfying with candied ginger and cloves, joined by a bouquet of toasted herbs and coarse sea salt. Distillery Notes 56.2% alc.
