Crafted through passion and patience with 100% Blue Weber Agave.
Nose: Sweet vegetal cooked agave, with vanilla and meringue notes, traces of cinnamon and clove, fruit accents like green apple and maraschino cherries. Soft aromatic oak presence, also honey and delicate nuances of licorice.
Mouth: agave with sweet vegetal presence, vanilla and sweet baking spices, with a curious tangy presence reminiscent of cinnamon candy. Mild oak presence on the palate in harmony with the sweetness of the agave, and a touch of pecan pie. Very soft texture and mild attack.
