Beside a distillery called Aberfeldy runs a stream called the Pitilie Burn. Now this is no ordinary stream. The water is cold and pure and rich with deposits of real gold. The distillery uses that water to create a single malt that approaches perfection.
A light, pure single malt with heather honey and notes of pineapple, toffee and vanilla. With water, more honey appears plus a hint of apple.
