Cara Cara Caipirinha
- 2 oz Koloa Kaua'i White Rum
- 2 wedges orange, blood orange, or any sweet citrus (cut in chunks)
- 1 wedge lime
- 1/2 tsp cane sugar
- 1/2 oz sugar cane juice or light simple syrup
- 1 wedge orange for garnish
- 1 6" sugar cane stick
Muddle orange, lime and sugar until pulp is mostly removed from rind. Do not over muddle. Add rum, cane juice and ice to 1/2 of shaker glass. Shake 10 seconds and dump into rocks glass, do not strain. Garnish with orange wedge and sugar cane stick.
