Distilled from sugar cane aged for 1 year in Brazilian freijo wood barrels.
1 Liter Bottle
- 4 Strawberries
- 3 leaves Basil
- 1 1/2 oz Ypioca Cachaca Prata
- 1 splash Strawberry Juice
Add 4 fresh strawberries with 3 medium-size basil leaves in a shaker. Muddle gently. Fill shaker with crushed ice and add a splash of strawberry nectar. Add the Ypioca cachaça and shake vigorously. Pour into a rocks glass.
