Fruity nose with paraffin notes. Medium body; peppery palate.
1 Liter Bottle

Raspberry Caipirinha

• 2 oz Ypioca Cachaca
• 6-8 fresh raspberries
• dash of lime juice
• 1 1/2 - 2 tsp superfine sugar

Place the raspberries and lime juice into and old-fashioned glass and add sugar on top. Muddle well. Fill the glass with ice, then add the cachaca. Stir well or shake it. Garnish with a raspberry.
