TULLAMORE DEW IRISH
Triple distilled and patiently aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, this original blended Irish whiskey is known the world over for its smooth and gentle complexity.
TASTING:
Nose: Light, sweet citrus and green apple combined with vanilla undertones.
Palate: Early fresh fruit leads to a definite light spike followed by some toasted wood which evolves into a delicious vanilla sweetness.
Finish: Put the glass down as you sense the almost buttery mellowness.

Tropical Dew
- 2 parts Tullamore Dew
- 1 part Pineapple Juice
- Squeeze of Lemon
- Top off with Soda Water
Combine the Tullamore Dew with the juices. Add ice and fill with soda - stir gently. Serve in a Highball (no shake) with a lemon or lime wedge.
