THE ROBE, golden pale yellow. Fine and abundant mousse.
THE NOSE, discreet that slowly opens on citrus candied aromas. The second nose is more on evolved floral notes (violet, capucine), of honey and mint with a small touch of oak and even toasted.
THE MOUTH shows a lively attack but the creaminess takes over to emphasize the honey dominance.
The finale is subtle, fresh and elegant. A sensual champagne of average power which structure is marked by the chardonnay.
