CUNA DE PIEDRA 73% DARK MEXICAN CHOCOLATE WITH MEZCAL REPOSADA 60g
Mezcal made from 100% Maguey Espadin from Santiago Matatlan, a town located in the central valleys of Oaxaca, considered to be the "world capital of mezcal." The agaves are crushed into an Egyptian stone mill, known as tahona, then the liquid is fermented in oak vats and double distilled in copper stills, then rested in white oak barrels.
The rich roasting profile from the Comalcalco, Tabasco cacao complements the woody notes of the final distillate quite beautifully. One of the stand-out new bars to hit our virtual shelves in quite some time!
Origin: Comalcalco, Tabasco, Mexico
Ingredients: Cacao beans, cane sugar, Mezcal Reposado from 100% Maguey Espadin.
Net weight: 2.1oz / 60g
