Until the launch of the 40 year old, Highland Park 30 Year Single Malt Scotch Whisky was the flagship variant of the Highland Park range was first released in April 2005. By its very nature, this whisky is only available in limited quantities. It is, however, worth seeking out as the ultimate expression of the distillery’s character.
Tasting Notes
NOSE: Very rich, mature oak, chocolate, fudge.
PALATE: Full, rich burst of flavor, soft honey; nutty toffee.
FINISH: Rich, long and surprisingly sweet for its age.
