SINGLE ESTATE OCHO REPOSADO TEQUILA
A light straw color with brilliant clarity, floral notes and a sweet cooked agave on the nose with vanilla, tapinade, custard and cooked orchard fruits; soft, ripe agave notes on the palate followed by balanced fruit and acidity plus a subtle oak presence into the finish with soft tannins and a lingering agave sweetness. It is suggested that initially you try it "straight up" to enjoy all the nuances of the agave plant. Try tasting one vintage/estate against another to prove to your own palate that "terroir" does exist in agave and now also in tequila.
