Ouzo 12 is a pure and natural spirit, with a rich and complex aroma, and a taste of Greek aromatic seeds, such as fennel, star anise, anise, cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg, produced in same traditional way for more than 100 years
The exquisite fine aromatic smell and taste comes from a careful selection of the finest, highest quality seeds and herbs.
Ouzo 12 is produced by using the finest agricultural alcohol.
The distillate comes from a double distillation, to ensure the purest and finest product. The double distillation purifies the product and separates the "bad" fractions, which means that, after you enjoy it, you will not get any headache. So the final product contains 40% of equivalent distillate instead of only 20%, which is the European legal minimum quantity for ouzos.
Ouzo 12 has rich and natural taste, which derives exclusively from the distilled seeds (fennel, star anise, anise seed, cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg). The final distillate is produced using more than 5% of the above aromatic seeds.
The true and natural ouzo, which respects the inherited genuine and traditional Greek production methods.
