Melon Margarita

• 1 1/2 oz Corralejo Blanco Tequila
• 1 1/2 oz melon liqueur
• 1 oz fresh sour mix
• 1 oz lime juice

Pour all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a margarita glass or rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of crystalized ginger and lemon peel.
