QUERCIABELLA MONGRANA MAREMMA 2009
WINENAKER'S NOTES
The grapes for the Mongrana are picked by hand and harvested based on their phonemic maturation. They are then moved to the cellars in small crates, where they undergo fermentation-first in stainless steel vats and then cement vats-until they are bottled. A small selection of the wine is aged in barriques for three months and then added to the final blend.
