Corporate gifts are our specialty. We pride ourselves in designing terrific gifts for any business occasion. Whether you need gifts for clients or employees, award and recognition gifts, birthday or new baby gifts, we have pleny of creative ideas. Volume orders to multiple recipients is now easier than ever with our Multi-Order Form. It can be submitted via email or faxed to us. Please use EXCEL format if possible. We can also email you a form to fill out for volume orders. We offer discounted pricing for large volumes. Please ask our Business Gift Representative if your volume order qualifies for a special rate. |

We are THE place for all your event, party, catering and corporate needs, all of which are backed by our 17 years of experience in the fine wine, spirits, & specialty foods business. Our event planners will use their creative expertise to help with your menu and wine selections, and to personally assist you with all the details for your next party. From complete bar supplies to private wine tasting, Mel & Rose will make certain your party is a success and within your budget. Whether it's a small office gathering of a dozen or an affair for a hundred guests, we make it easy for you. We provide can provide it all: fruit, ice, mixers, liquor, wine, beer, food, utensils, staffing, etc. Mel & Rose can help with the wine pairings to go with the food selection. We have an extensive inventory of fine wine, from french Burgendy to Napa Valley cult wines. We can also advice you on recipes for specialty drinks.We can even do an all Kosher bar. We carry an array of gourmet products from around the world, including imported cheeses and beer, caviar and artisian chocolates. We also do amazing custom floral arrangements. We cater personalized, private wine tastings for both corporate and individual needs in our private wine room or Tuscan style patio. We have delivery 7 days a week. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE By purchasing any wine / spirits from Mel and Rose Wine & Spirits, you agree that you are bound by the following Terms and Conditions: 1. All wine/spirits is sold "AS-IS," without any representations or warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or the correctness of the catalog or other description of physical condition. Anything "Old" wines are NOT guaranteed for drinkability. 2. All risks of loss and damage to wine passes to you upon shipment of the wine / spirits purchased and we are not responsible for any acts or omissions in connection with the packing or shipping of the wines / spirits or of carriers, whether or not recommended or selected by us. All wines and or spirits purchased are nevertheless insured for shipping purposes. 3. You shall pay any applicable state and local taxes, and any applicable compensating use tax of another state which we may be required by law to collect at the time of the payment of the purchase price. 4. In addition to other remedies available to us by law, we reserve the right to impose from the date of sale a late charge of 1 1/2% per month on any unpaid amounts. 5. These Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as your and our respective rights and obligations hereunder, shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction with any wine purchased from us. In no event shall our liability ever exceed the purchase price actually paid by you for such wine or spirit. |

Terms of webstore - We are not responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to replace items shown with items of equal value. Mel & Rose Wine & Spirits prices do not include shipping, handling, foreign duties or sales tax (where applicable). The shipping charges on our web site are approximations ONLY. *Please note that due to the weight of certain items and/or quantities, the actual shipping cost may be different than the melandrose.com quote. Please call (323) 655-5557 with inquiries, otherwise we will contact you if there is a significant change in shipping charges. Our products are packaged in Fedex approved shipper boxes. For all shippings please provide Street Addresses and Phone Numbers. We CAN NOT ship to P.O.Box or Military Addresses. An approximation of Domestic shipping rates is $13-17 for the first bottle, $3-$5 for each additional bottle shipped to most states.
